Oak Curved Flare

This client came to us well into the building process wanting to change their L shaped stair to a curved stair. All the necessary supports were already in place for the L shaped stair. While other companies said it was not possible Specialized stepped up to the challenge.

We designed and built a complicated curved stair with a flare at the bottom which reversed the outside radius. Curved railing on the main floor was added without encroaching on the floor plan and hallway space.
