The customer wanted to feature a spiral staircase as a secondary stair in their home. While spiral staircases are not complicated to design they are complicated to build well.

 

We use mortise and tenon tread support brackets to achieve superior strength in our spiral staircases.

 

Further, we add strength by passing the front most spindle on each tread through to the tread below. These building techniques, take added time and skill but will guarantee a solid stair that will stand the test of time.
