These clients came to us with a very specific vision for style inspired by an old 1914 antique stained glass window from their family home in Barrie, Ontario. This family heirloom was the inspiration for the design of both the newel posts and fireplace tile. The home owner brought us a mockup for design and we took it right to the drawing board to create a completely custom post design. The result was a 6 ½ inch maple post with a handcrafted sapele and white oak pattern inlay. These custom newel posts were combined with grouped Flag and Blank Spindles and Gibson handrail. This craftsman railing package has timeless style and tells the story of a time gone by.
